The attunements will raise
the vibratory level of these chakras and adjust the energy on the
etheric level, in the nervous system. It addresses the mood, temperament
and your intuition. In this first degree your sensory qualities
become more acute and will help you to experience your inner light
and your purpose. You are permanently aligned with love. The first-
degree attunements are primarily focused on the physical body which
responds to the energy, so that it can accept and transfer greater
quantities of this life force energy.
The initiation takes place on the following:
1. The Crown Center this will align you to this
higher form of energy , and spiritual consciousness and attunes
the pineal gland which is the "Receiver of the Light"
2. The Third Eye Center will awaken the potential
for intuition, and a deeper knowing and connection with the divine
will of universal energy. The attunement is on the pituitary gland
which is our center of intuition and higher consciousness, and
the hypothalamus which controls the body's temperature and moods.
3. The Throat Center will awaken the inner being
to the aspect of trust and communication and attunes the thyroid
gland.
4. The Heart Center will awaken you to unconditional
love and compassion, and attunes both the physical heart and the
thymus, our "Spiritual Heart."
Reiki is a very simple technique when it comes to application.
There is no intellectual process involved in learning Reiki, even
children can easily learn it.
During the Reiki I course you will experience how to be more
sensitive to energy, as well as discovering how you react and
respond to energy in any given moment. You will also learn how
to work on yourself and to work on others. There is time for questions
and also the experience of working with a group.
An initiation is a beginning and will certainly start you on
your path with Reiki, the rest is up to you ! The more you use
it the better it will be.
As a student of International Association of Reiki you are invited
to join the association and the support groups that are located
through out the world in order to continue to deepen your experience
with Reiki. You also have the option of taking Reiki II.
If you are considering having your child attend a Reiki I course,
I stress the importance of having at least one parent, who lives
with the child, already having had the Reiki I course . This will
support the child spiritually
