She was certified as a Usui Reiki Master
Teacher in 1996 and combines Usui's intuitive healing method with the
structured technique taught by Dr. Hayashi and Hawayo Takata. She
studied Reiki with four Reiki Masters including Frank Arjava Petter

Center for Reiki Training- It is a concise and very
well done site that covers many aspects regarding Reiki.
Keeping
Reiki Free from Government Licensing- In the United
States there is the National Health Freedom Coalition a non-profit
organization who shares this purpose. They have helped pass important
legislation in California that will preserve the freedom of Reiki
practitioners to continue to practice without the need of a government
issued license and without fear of being prosecuted for practicing

The
International House of Reiki - This International
Reiki center prides itself on its professionalism, student support
systems and strong ethics. It is run by the founding directors
Reiki Master/Teachers Frans and Bronwen Stiene. The International
House of Reiki is honored to be able to teach a traditional Japanese
form of Reiki called Usui Reiki Ryoho. Usui Reiki Ryoho means
Usui Reiki Method and is a non-Westernized form of Reiki, which
returns to the very source of Reiki. It has been practiced in
Japan since the 1920s, long before Reiki came to the West. This
particular method includes physical and energy enhancing exercises
to help practitioners delve deeper into their Reiki practice.

Reiki Healing Connection-This is the home page for
Reiki Masters Maggy and Libby who have written a beautiful book
on the integration of Reiki into classical medicine in hospitals

Skyros
The idyllic and unspoiled Greek island of Skyros is the home of
